About me…

Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Nithya, an active food blogger. I will aim to keep my instructions simple and a lot easier to remember. “DIVINE SPICE ” is my attempt to channelise my cooking experiments 😉

A bit more about me – I was born and brought up in TamilNadu, a Southern state in India. I have been living in the UK for two years now. I am a self taught cook who believes in “eating good food makes you feel better”.

Coming back to my kitchen adventures, I never fancied cooking with fresh pounded spices until I realised the health benefits of spices and herbs. Thanks to the ever growing Internet knowledge base, I’m now after the hidden secrets behind every spice widely used in cooking, particulary Indian recipies.

This blog is my sincere attempt to bring together various styles of cooking across India which I believe have highly significant health benefits. So with the spices, why not try and incorporate them into the recipies you like the most and create a magic in the kitchen? I hope my blog can help you with some heathy and fusion recipie inspiration.

Please feel free to leave your comments and suggestions and I strongly believe your feedback will shape me into a better cook.
