Ingredients
- 1 diced cucumber
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp aesophotida powder
- 1/4 paprika
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- A pinch of fenugreek powder
- Required amount of salt
- 1/2 Lemon (juice extract)
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together
- Serve with any main course or eat it on its own as a snack.
Note: Cucumber is a low-calorie vegetable which contains many valuable nutrients and also has hydrating properties which helps to stay hydrated, especially during summer.
I absolutely love cucumbers. I eat them all the time, using with ranch or bleu cheese dressing. It doesn’t have to be any particular time of year. If the grocery has them, and they don’t look ready to die, I’m buying them. I will also look for the spices you included in this post. I’ve never heard of several. Is there a store I should be visiting? Of maybe Amazon stocks them. Will have a look-see.
